These are made for 1" standard plates. You can use your own existing plates or purchase standard plates from us.

• 1"-8 Bolts for the handles. You will need 4 bolts per 2 handles. You can choose from different lengths to suit your needs.
• Each handle weighs 1 pound. Optional 4.5" bolts weigh 1 pound each
• 4.5" Bolts are able to safely fit up to 120lbs per dumbbell using our thin cast iron plates.
